The Original Ritz Stick measures foot length and width for men, women & children. Available through distributors only, this device has been preferred by shoestores throughout the US and abroad since 1914. The success of The Ritz Stick is directly related to the process by which it has always been created.

1. Wood is received in raw form as rectangular blanks.

2. Lacquer proof ink is used to print exact measuring scales, information and custom requirements.

3. Lacquer is applied to all sides.

4. Holes are drilled a handful at a time.

5. Edges are 'ripped' in preparation for the toe slide.

6. The heal block is mounted being cruicial that it is indexed to the baseline for accurate scaling.

7. Toe slides are slipped onto the stick.

8. End stop is inserted to keep the toe slip mounted.

9. All edges are waxed to ensure an easy slide.

10. The product is inserted into packaging, boxed and placed into master cartons.

11. Customizations are made to the Ritz Stick and shipped to the customer.
